Procedure and Litigation
Our experience and advice is aimed at resolving conflicts through negotiation. Sometimes, that is not possible, there for to better defend the interests of our clients, we draft the necessary jurisdictional briefs for it’s levy forum; following the whole procedure, in each instance and attending the hearings, to achieve the maximum benefit. According to our internal statistics, in the last two years, we have obtained over 80% of success on the total estimated claims that we have filed, and of the remaining, 15% were resolved partially successful. As defendants, we have accomplished more than 65% of cases to be resolved in withdrawal, attending totally or partially to our clients’ demands; in all the various authorities, including the Supreme Court, and for each and every one of the areas of practice, taking special recognition of our work, with 100% of success in bankruptcy matters, in family law and hereditary property law.
